DFO advises that the 3Ps cod fishery in that portion of 3Ps inside a line extending from Lally Head to Pool’s Cove Head will remain closed for the remainder of the season to all non-resident fish harvesters and all vessel classes. Harvesters having a homeport within this area are advised to pick up amended Cod licence conditions from DFO before fishing in the area. The area will re-open for resident fish harvesters at 0600 hours January 2, 2010. The coordinates for the area are:

Lally Head: 47 degrees 38.6’ minutes North, 55 degrees 23 minutes West

Pool’s Cove Head: 47 degrees 40.6 minutes North, 55 degrees 25.3 minutes West
