DFO advises that the commercial cod fishery in NAFO Divisions 4RS and sub-Division 3Pn, for the Quebec Lower North Shore fish harvesters using fixed gear (vessel classes A132 and A149), will close at 1:30 a.m., Newfoundland Daylight Savings Time on Thursday, November 19, 2009 (midnight, November 18, 2009 - Eastern Daylight Saving time).
