DFO advises groundfish fixed gear licence holders participating in the 4R3Pn commercial cod fishery, that buddy-up arrangements that are in place expire as of Sunday, November 15, 2009.

Fish harvesters should advise DFO if they wish to have a continuation of the arrangement.

An amended licence condition is available upon request to extend these buddy-up arrangements and fish harvesters should contact their local DFO licencing office to obtain the amended condition in order to have the buddy-up arrangement in place beyond that date.
