DFO advises that the Greenland halibut (turbot) fishery in NAFO Division 4R, for vessels based in the Quebec Region, will close at 1:30 a.m., Sunday, November 1, 2009 (midnight, October 31, 2009 Eastern Daylight time).

This closure applies to vessel class A500 to A608 and A622 to A629 (Quebec Region based IQ fish harvesters).

This fishery will remained closed until midnight, March 31, 2010.
