DFO advises that due to the inclement weather in the past few days, the commercial cod fishery in NAFO Divisions 4RS and sub-Division 3Pn for the Quebec Region Gaspe-based longliner fleet, using fixed gear (vessel class A133), that was scheduled to close on Friday September 4, will now close at 1:30 a.m. NL Daylight time, Sunday, September 6, 2009 (midnight Eastern Daylight time Saturday, September 5, 2009).
