DFO advises that the directed cod fishery in the Area 10 portion of NAFO Subdivision 3Ps(c),(f)and (h) for vessels based in Inner St. Mary's Bay (vessel classes A256, A257, A258, A259, A260 and A261) will open at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2009.

Licence conditions are available at local DFO licensing offices.
